“Viscous between our lost time / Fleeting to find recent signs / We’ll gravitate to our own / Pacing through logic we’ve sewn” is the thought provoking opening to RKCB’s new track ‘Fall Through' featuring Kacy Hill. The track is one of six RKCB-Sides which the LA duo have decided to release to show some more strings to their many-feathered musical bows, and it features the gorgeous vocals of Kacy Hill, whose champions include Kanye West. Speaking about the track, RKCB say: “Kacy got up to the mic and tracked her vocals in a few takes as if it was the easiest thing she’d ever done. The lyrics, melodies and harmonies were insanely artistic and unlike anything that we’d heard before. We knew that this was going to be something special, so once she was done, we finished crafting up production and then bounced it out. This was one of the first demos that we had started and finished in a day, which was a big milestone for us.” Even through the track was produced three years ago, it still feels fresh, light and utterly gorgeous – check it out below. -HM
